Bridging Visa Upon Citizenship
Application Review
From 1 July 2008, the Migration Regulations 1994
('the Regulations') are amended to clarify that applicants who have
applied for judicial or merits review of a decision made under the
Australian Citizenship Act 1948 or the Australian Citizenship Act
2007 may make an application for the grant of a Subclass 050 –
Bridging (General) visa.
